                                L-lysine
                                is one of the eight essential amino acids that
                                must be obtained from the diet. Certain foods
                                have high levels of this amino acid – such as
                                meat, fish, milk, cheese, eggs, and certain
                                vegetables such as beans and potatoes. Those who may not
                                normally eat from these food groups, such as
                                vegetarians, or those with low levels of lysine,
